Choosing the right shoe size can be tricky as kids’ feet grow so fast! Measure your child’s foot against our printable sizer to find the best fit. Allow for some toe room - thumbs width is perfect. If between sizes, size up to allow for growth.
Our high-quality sleeping bags feature a hypoallergenic, synthetic insulation filling that keeps kids cozy down to 20°F. The soft polyester lining wicks moisture and dries quickly. The durable, water-resistant polyester shell protects against the elements.
Our adorable rain boots generally fit true to size. However, some parents size up for extra toe room if their child has wide feet or plans to wear thick socks. Trying boots on in-store ensures the perfect fit.
Most clothes and shoes can be machine washed cold and tumble dried low. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Air dry shoes when possible to preserve their shape. Some accessories like hats should be spot cleaned by hand only.
We happily accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear or personal care items.
Absolutely! Our backpacks are designed specifically for growing kids. Padded, contoured straps ensure the bag rests comfortably on little shoulders. Sternum and waist straps distribute weight evenly and prevent shifting.
The majority of our hooded kids’ jackets have fixed hoods for weather protection. A few styles have detachable hoods for versatile wear. Product descriptions indicate if a hood is removable or not.

We’re currently only able to ship orders within the continental United States. International shipping is complex, but it’s on our radar for the future as we continue growing!
